About my counseling

I offer a safe space for you to experience the magic of therapy: just allowing yourself to join an authentic healing relationship can work wonders.

I'll help you own your strengths and values and extend them into both coping skills and ways to heal old wounds. If you're looking for work to do outside of sessions, I can also offer and support body/mind/spirit approaches that fit your needs and preferences, from nature walks and mindful breathing to exercise and cleaning house.
